Like I said earlier we woke up late so breakfast almost caught up lunch round three thirty the hunger pangs started to let their presence be known. I decided that i was going to make myself a sandwich, Panera Bread done up with tomato basil yum i added baked turkey slices most of which i crushed while taking them out, i also added green, black olives, red bell peppers, goat cheese drizzled with olive oil. I had a small glass of cranberry juice and two slices of cantaloupe.

This is my preparation.

I am really trying to watch what what I eat but every now and again I just want three Dunkin Donuts Boston Cream and mom 😋🍩🍩🍩 with a glass of milk. Having to watch what I eat sometimes gets real sad but then my wisdom kicks in to remind me not to over do it. Think about the kidneys functioning better as I am stage 3. I will be back to share about that.
