BREAKFAST

Breakfast for this champion continues today. My morning meal happen very close to lunch but it happened. 😊 I try to do different meals everyday but living in a space where I have to walk up a flight of stairs can sometimes be very tiring for me, so I am looking forward the a new space where the kitchen will be one level for me to prepare more healthy meals.

Breakfast this morning was very simple, sliced banana🍌 sliced strawberries🍓 a small glass of yogurt smoothie yummy! 🍧😋

Note: my pressure was good this morning, I love seeing less pills I am now down to just six pain pills per day and one 2.5mg pressure pill.

In spite of all our daily struggles, do enjoy the beauty that is today! ☀️
