A glorious Saturday everyone! Its breakfast time, a little late for me but no big deal. This morning I am having a meal I love, oatmeal when I found oatmeal with the assorted flavors I was in love, peaches and cream, strawberries and cream, blueberries and cream, bananas and cream.
Enter PKD, have to watch my sugar and salt intake and the assorted flavors have sugar so i searched labels and found one in my favorite brand that had 0 sugar perfect✔️ I also wanted to find out about the benefits of consuming oat meal. My breakfast: oatmeal, blueberries and dried cranberries no sugar or salt. Yummy 😋
