Because of my kidney disease I have to be really careful about my diet. I am on a low/no salt, no sugar diet and although I have foods that have these ingredients I tend to choose not to cook with salt as much as possible. I eat lots of vegetables and fruits, and lots of water, my water target per day is 3 liters I try. Here is a meal I prepared two days ago: Green cabbage 🍃 red bell peppers, broccoli, red onions, baby carrots and dried cranberries.
